Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and skilled Assisted Living Caregivers to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate safety techniques

• Support residents with mealtime preparation and feeding when required

• Administer medication as directed and document care activities

• Monitor residents health conditions and report changes to the nursing team

• Engage residents in meaningful activities to support mental and emotional wellbeing

• Maintain a clean and safe environment within the living areas

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Adhere to GracePath Healthcares care protocols and state regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic understanding of caregiving duties and responsibilities

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or supporting residents

• Willingness to undergo a background check and health screening

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in an assisted living facility, home care, or healthcare setting preferred

• Experience working with elderly or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable

• Freshers with relevant training or certification are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Full-time: 36–40 hours per week

• Rotating shifts may include day, evening, night, and weekend hours

• Overtime opportunities available based on facility needs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of elder care practices and safety guidelines

• Familiarity with dementia and Alzheimers care is an advantage

• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

• Respectful and empathetic approach to residents and families
