GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide personalized in-home care services to elderly and vulnerable individuals across the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.

• Monitor patients health conditions by recording vital signs and observing physical and mental well-being.

• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (if certified/licensed).

• Support patients in mobility and physical exercises as prescribed.

• Maintain accurate records of care provided, patient behavior, and any changes in condition.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.

• Liaise with nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment, including light housekeeping duties.

• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and social activities when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A certified nursing qualification (such as RN, LPN, or equivalent) from your home country.

• Ability to pass medical clearance, background checks, and U.S. licensure eligibility (where applicable).

• Basic understanding of English, both spoken and written (IELTS/OET preferred but not mandatory at time of application).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in elderly or disability care.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in hospitals, clinics, or home settings.

• Prior experience in elderly care, palliative care, or disability support is highly desirable.

• International nursing experience will be considered favorably for sponsorship eligibility.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time roles available.

• Flexible shifts: Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend rotations depending on client needs.

• Live-in options available for select candidates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of infection control, patient safety, and hygiene best practices.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and home care documentation.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
