Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare, a trusted name in patient-centered caregiving services, is hiring compassionate and qualified Elderly Caregivers for Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) roles across the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.

• Monitor and report changes in the clients physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals.

• Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and general tidiness.

• Administer medications or reminders as per the care plan and training.

• Document care activities and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with mobility devices, exercise routines, and transport to appointments as required.

• Follow infection control, safety, and personal hygiene standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid HHA or CNA certification (state-specific).

• Basic knowledge of elder care techniques and safety protocols.

• Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed.

• Good communication skills—both verbal and written.

• A caring attitude, patience, and high emotional intelligence.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Experience

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• New graduates with certification and a passion for elder care are encouraged to apply.

• Experience working with dementia or Alzheimers patients is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling available: Full-time, Part-time, and Live-in shifts.

• Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts offered.

• Per diem roles available for short-term or relief assignments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of elderly care practices including fall prevention and nutrition.

• Ability to adapt care style based on client needs and personality.

• Familiarity with using electronic documentation or care tracking systems.

• Team-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
