Job Summary:

MNC Jobs Info is actively hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Telecaller – BPO Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in the dynamic and fast-growing BPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through quality communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

  • Attend to incoming customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.

  • Maintain a professional and positive tone in all conversations.

  • Record details of customer interactions accurately into the system.

  • Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local regional language.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Friendly and confident phone manner.

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service domain.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO will be an added advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Rotational Shifts – Day and Evening Shifts available.

  • 6 Days Working, 1 Day Weekly Off

  • Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (depending on process)

  • Flexible work-from-home options available for selected candidates.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Basic data entry and CRM software handling skills

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information

  • Adaptability to process changes and call flow updates

  • Team player with a proactive and target-driven approach
