Job Summary

Flipkart is looking for energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Assistants to join our operations team. As part of Flipkarts core logistics network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth handling, packaging, and scanning of products at our distribution center. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for freshers or individuals looking to build a stable career in warehouse operations with a fixed monthly salary, job security, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily packaging of orders according to Flipkarts quality and safety standards.

• Scan and sort items using handheld scanners and barcode systems.

• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of packages.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

• Assist in loading and unloading parcels in coordination with delivery schedules.

• Perform quality checks to ensure items are undamaged before dispatch.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass (any stream).

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage.

• Ability to stand and work for long hours.

• Familiarity with barcode scanners and handheld devices (training will be provided).

• Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline, and work as part of a team.

• Physically fit to carry out manual tasks such as lifting and packing.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or packaging is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Rotational Shift may be applicable during high-demand periods

• Weekly Offs: Rotational (as per shift planning)

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Time management and task prioritization skills.

• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse environments.
