Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
Explain products and services clearly and convincingly.
Generate and follow up on leads with a focus on achieving daily/weekly targets.
Record call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately.
Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions.
Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Confidence, clarity in speech, and a polite phone manner.
Ability to handle rejections and continue with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and tools (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM platforms).
Self-motivated and target-driven with an eagerness to learn.
A quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a stable internet connection.

0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
