Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Product Feature Suggestion Analyst to help us enhance our clients products by offering actionable feature recommendations. This role is ideal for analytical thinkers with a passion for product development, user experience, and innovation. You will be responsible for researching market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend improvements or new features that increase user satisfaction and product competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify feature gaps and innovation opportunities.

• Analyze customer reviews, surveys, and usage data to extract patterns and recurring requests.

• Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to brainstorm feasible feature additions.

• Prepare detailed reports outlining feature suggestions with supporting data, value proposition, and potential impact.

• Track performance metrics of previously implemented suggestions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to inspire innovative ideas.

• Organize and present feature proposals in structured formats for internal and client discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into clear feature recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana for workflow management.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in product research, user experience analysis, business analysis, or similar fields.

• Experience working with product development or feedback teams is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong research and analytical capabilities are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule with a commitment of 20–30 hours per week.

• Weekly check-ins with team leads and asynchronous collaboration expected.

• Must be available for at least 1–2 overlapping hours with the core team (Monday–Friday) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.
