Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for meticulous and reliable individuals to join our team as Online Remote Call Verifiers on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of customer details, confirming appointments, and performing follow-up verification calls with accuracy and professionalism. Make outbound verification calls to customers, clients, or leads as per the daily list.
Confirm appointment details, validate client-provided information, and log accurate call outcomes.
Maintain high levels of call quality and ensure adherence to predefined scripts.
Update CRM systems and submit daily call reports in a timely manner.
Escalate any suspicious or invalid data to supervisors for review.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow all compliance standards.
Participate in virtual training sessions and team briefings when required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (multi-language proficiency is a plus).
Comfortable working remotely with basic knowledge of call-handling tools or apps.
Good listening skills and attention to detail for accurate data verification.
Ability to follow scripts, guidelines, and processes with minimal supervision.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to work on spreadsheets, CRMs, and call logs.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, tele-verification, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
