HR Service Jobs is currently seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Remote Online Survey Recruiter to help expand our survey panel participation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and enrolling potential participants to take part in various online market research surveys. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, digitally savvy, and passionate about data collection and audience outreach.
Proactively recruit individuals to participate in paid online surveys through social media, forums, and outreach platforms.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to target specific demographics as required by each survey.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment efforts and survey participants.
Ensure all recruited participants meet survey criteria and quality standards.
Educate potential recruits on the benefits, confidentiality, and importance of survey participation.
Monitor participation rates and troubleshoot issues with user registration or engagement.
Collaborate with internal research teams to update recruitment messaging and optimize response rates.
Report daily/weekly recruitment statistics and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to engage, persuade, and motivate people online.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms, email outreach, and community forums.
Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks.
Basic data entry and record-keeping abilities using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
High level of integrity when handling participant data and privacy.
Access to a computer or mobile device with a reliable internet connection.
Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, social media promotion, customer service, or similar outreach roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong online communication skills are encouraged to apply.
