HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and creative Online Freelance Event Promotion Assistant to support the planning and digital promotion of virtual and physical events. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing and event coordination teams to boost event visibility through digital platforms, manage online outreach, and ensure effective audience engagement. Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting promotional content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Research and identify potential audiences, event influencers, and online groups to maximize event reach.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries related to events.
Draft engaging copy for email invitations, newsletters, and online advertisements.
Track key engagement metrics (views, clicks, registrations) and prepare post-campaign performance reports.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure consistency in branding.
Maintain up-to-date event listings on online calendars, forums, and event platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital tools for marketing.
Basic understanding of event promotion strategies and audience targeting.
Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented.
1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, event promotion, or social media coordination preferred.
