HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Wedding Planning Assistant to join our virtual events coordination team. In this role, you will support wedding planners and clients with all aspects of virtual wedding preparation and execution — from timeline management and vendor communication to styling assistance and digital coordination. Collaborate virtually with lead wedding planners and couples to plan and coordinate wedding events
Manage communication with clients, venues, florists, caterers, and other vendors
Create and maintain wedding timelines, checklists, and event schedules
Assist with theme and decor recommendations aligned to the couples vision
Manage RSVP lists, guest communications, and virtual/hybrid wedding logistics
Help troubleshoot last-minute issues during wedding ceremonies or receptions
Coordinate rehearsal details, and offer remote support during the live event
Maintain client records, track progress, and prepare weekly status reports
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A calm, professional demeanor in high-stress or emotionally sensitive situations
Proficiency with planning tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, Canva, or similar apps
Ability to work across different time zones and cultures with professionalism
Passion for weddings, design, logistics, and customer service
Previous experience in event planning, virtual coordination, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred
Experience with wedding planning (either professionally or personally) is a strong advantage
Familiarity with remote communication and project management tools
Flexible scheduling with availability required on weekends and evenings depending on wedding events
Part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) positions available
All work is conducted remotely
Knowledge of popular wedding trends, color palettes, and cultural wedding traditions
Ability to adapt plans quickly and respond to urgent changes or challenges
Strong interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
Detail-oriented with a passion for perfection and memorable guest experiences
Creativity in solving problems and managing last-minute event logistics
