HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Online Clothing Brand Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing remote fashion store. Working entirely from home, you will assist with online inventory management, social media coordination, customer support, and content uploads to ensure the brand delivers a seamless shopping experience.
Assist in uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, and visuals on the online store.
Manage customer inquiries through email and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create and schedule fashion-related content across platforms.
Monitor stock levels, process incoming orders, and notify relevant teams of low inventory or restocking needs.
Conduct market and competitor research to support merchandising and branding decisions.
Track customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements for better user experience.
Maintain consistency in the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to support new launches and seasonal campaigns.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, etc.)
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
Basic photo editing and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
Customer service experience in an online retail environment is preferred.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce, fashion retail, or virtual assistant role.
Freshers with fashion or digital marketing backgrounds and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
Flexible work-from-home schedule.
Core availability required: 4 hours/day between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Additional hours may be required during product launches or sale events.
Understanding of online store operations and customer journey.
Ability to multitask across product management, content planning, and customer care.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
Creative mindset to assist with branding and promotional ideas.
