HR Service Jobs is looking for a proactive and personable Remote Client Engagement Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires a professional who excels at building relationships, maintaining consistent communication, and enhancing client satisfaction through prompt, reliable service. As part of our remote team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the client journey, supporting their goals, and ensuring ongoing success and engagement with our services.
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, support, and relationship management.
Schedule regular check-ins and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions, escalating concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and product development to resolve client issues effectively.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve engagement strategies and service offerings.
Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and report on client engagement metrics.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions and follow up on open actions or pending issues.
Assist with onboarding of new clients and guide them through initial stages of service use.
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficient with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Minimum of 1–2 years in client engagement, customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
Flexible working hours with core availability required between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend availability may be requested during client launches or special events.
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and client relationship development.
Ability to handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Quick learner with a proactive mindset toward solving problems.
Strong time management and prioritization skills in a remote setup.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
