HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Online Legal Document Preparer to assist clients with drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents for various legal purposes. You will be responsible for preparing documents such as contracts, affidavits, wills, power of attorney forms, and other legal templates, ensuring compliance with standard legal practices.
Prepare, review, and edit a variety of legal documents in accordance with client specifications and legal standards.
Ensure documents are accurate, properly formatted, and legally compliant.
Conduct basic legal research when necessary to validate document content.
Communicate with clients to collect relevant information and provide updates.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive legal information securely.
Organize and manage digital records of prepared documents.
Stay updated on changes in legal procedures and documentation standards.
Associate or Bachelors degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF tools, and online document platforms.
Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of legal terms, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal documentation, paralegal services, or administrative support in a legal environment preferred.
