MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Online Resume Coach to support Nigerian professionals in enhancing their career profiles through expertly crafted resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. As a Resume Coach, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers effectively communicate their skills, experience, and value in the competitive job market—boosting their chances of landing interviews and achieving career success.

This remote position offers a flexible work-from-home setup, making it ideal for career coaches, HR professionals, writers, or industry experts who wish to make a real impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 virtual resume coaching to Nigerian job seekers across industries.

• Review, rewrite, and optimize resumes, CVs, and cover letters according to global standards and targeted job roles.

• Conduct mock interview preparation and provide feedback on professional presentation.

• Offer LinkedIn profile optimization tips and strategies to boost visibility and recruiter engagement.

• Educate clients on best practices for job applications, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and effective self-branding.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, industry requirements, and resume formatting standards.

• Deliver constructive feedback in a supportive and motivating manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, English, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Nigerian job markets and industry-specific hiring practices.

• Knowledge of international resume standards and ATS-friendly formatting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

• Ability to guide clients in articulating their achievements, skills, and career goals.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, recruitment, or HR consulting.

• Prior experience supporting professionals in Nigeria is highly preferred.

• Experience using job search platforms like LinkedIn, Jobberman, or Glassdoor is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (you choose your availability).

• Minimum 10–15 hours per week commitment preferred.

• Weekend or evening availability is a plus to accommodate working professionals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and an eye for grammar, tone, and formatting.

• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to coach individuals from different career levels and backgrounds.

• Ability to manage multiple coaching sessions and documents simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting.

• Knowledge of global resume trends and hiring tools (e.g., JobScan, Canva for resumes) is a bonus.
