MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Online Customer Feedback Analyst to join our growing remote team. This role is essential in helping us understand our customers experiences by analyzing feedback collected across multiple digital platforms. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, pain points, and areas for improvement to support our mission of delivering best-in-class service and user satisfaction.
Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, emails, social media, and other digital channels.
Generate clear, concise, and actionable reports to highlight customer sentiment and key insights.
Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to communicate findings and drive strategic improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of feedback metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Use tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Excel, or analytics platforms to organize and interpret customer data.
Identify recurring issues or trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
Conduct root cause analysis on negative feedback and assist in building response strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and digital communication.
Ability to identify patterns in large data sets and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.
1-3 years of experience in customer service analysis, market research, data analytics, or similar roles is preferred.
Freshers with strong analytical thinking and a passion for understanding customer behavior are encouraged to apply.
