HR Service Jobs is hiring detail-oriented and consumer-savvy individuals to join our team as Remote Product Testers for Nigerian household and personal care goods. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating a variety of consumer products and providing honest feedback to help manufacturers improve product quality, usability, and market fit. Receive and test a wide range of consumer products including food items, toiletries, electronics, cosmetics, and household goods.
Follow detailed usage instructions and testing protocols for each product.
Record and report on performance, usability, packaging, taste, scent, design, and other relevant characteristics.
Submit thorough feedback through online forms or short video/audio reviews.
Highlight product flaws, improvement suggestions, and any safety or comfort issues.
Participate in surveys or focus group discussions (online).
Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical testing standards.
Strong communication and observational skills.
Ability to articulate opinions clearly in written or verbal format.
Basic computer and internet literacy (email, online forms, messaging apps).
Access to a smartphone or laptop with camera capabilities.
Reliable internet connection.
Good sense of taste, smell, or aesthetic (depending on product type).
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in a local Nigerian language is a plus.
No formal experience required.
Prior involvement in consumer panels, surveys, or product reviews is advantageous.
Training will be provided for selected testers.
Flexible schedule – Testers can work at their own pace.
Assignments are provided weekly and based on availability and suitability.
Estimated time commitment: 4–10 hours per week.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Understanding of Nigerian consumer preferences and local market culture.
Consistency in meeting deadlines and submitting feedback.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
