Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing Ecommerce support team as Remote Chat Support Agents. In this customer-facing role, you will provide real-time assistance to online shoppers via live chat, addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and want to grow within the Ecommerce industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat

  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating the Ecommerce platform

  • Resolve product or service complaints with empathy and efficiency

  • Document all interactions clearly in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, tech, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues

  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product updates

  • Provide feedback on common issues to help improve services and platform performance


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using live chat tools, CRMs, and basic Ecommerce platforms

  • Customer-first attitude with a calm and professional demeanor

  • Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred)


Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially chat support, is preferred but not mandatory

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for Ecommerce are welcome to apply


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required depending on volume

  • Full-time: 35–40 hours/week | Part-time: 15–25 hours/week


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with online shopping processes

  • Basic understanding of Ecommerce terms (orders, carts, returns, tracking, etc.)

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and platforms
