Key Responsibilities

• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and compile weekly reports on lead generation and conversions.

• Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging creatives, banners, and email templates for affiliate use.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and finance-related digital promotions.

• Ensure compliance with financial advertising regulations and company branding guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Impact, or similar.

• Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.

• Ability to write compelling promotional content tailored to finance audiences.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks remotely.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or digital marketing.

• Internships, freelance gigs, or personal affiliate campaigns in the finance niche are a plus.

• Freshers with strong writing and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
