The Elite Job is hiring experienced and passionate Female Online School Tutors to teach students from Grades 1 to 10 under the CBSE and ICSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes for school students as per the assigned curriculum (CBSE/ICSE).

• Deliver subject lessons in English, Math, Science, or Social Studies with clarity and enthusiasm.

• Use online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms effectively.

• Monitor student progress, provide individual feedback, and address learning gaps.

• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to each grade.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance.

• Maintain student records and submit reports as per academic guidelines.

• Encourage active participation and ensure a positive, respectful learning environment.

• Stay updated with board syllabus updates and educational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Education (B.Ed preferred), or in a related subject field.

• Strong knowledge of CBSE or ICSE curriculum.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Confident with online platforms and digital teaching tools.

• Ability to manage a virtual classroom and engage students effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (offline or online) preferred.

• Freshers with a strong passion for teaching and good subject knowledge may also apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours depending on batch allocation and subject.

• Typically between 4 PM to 9 PM IST on weekdays and/or weekends.

• Option to choose part-time (2-3 hours/day) or full-time shifts.
