Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Remote Telecallers. As a Remote Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers for lead generation, surveys, and sales pitches.

• Handle incoming customer queries efficiently and provide solutions in a courteous manner.

• Clearly communicate information about the companys offerings, promotions, or services.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer databases regularly.

• Follow-up with customers as needed and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints or issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, etc.) is a strong advantage.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using a smartphone, email, and CRM systems.

• Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection calmly and professionally.

• Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a similar field.

• Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction.

Working Hours

• Flexible shift options: Choose between Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts.

• Part-time and full-time schedules available.

• Weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Understanding of customer behavior and problem-solving approaches.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced virtual environment.
