Job Summary

The Elite Job is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support services to our customers through digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).

  • Fast typing speed with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
