Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Online Tele-Sales Agents to join our dynamic remote sales team. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided lead list.
Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about our products and services.
Persuade and convert prospects into satisfied customers by explaining product benefits clearly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, feedback, and sales using CRM tools.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure continued engagement and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus but not mandatory.
