This role is vital in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs in a fully remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies within the tech and marketing industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and marketing roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.

  • Promote Progressive Technologys employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts when needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within technology and marketing sectors.

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Proficient in using ATS software and recruitment tools.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology and marketing roles.

  • Experience working remotely or managing remote recruitment processes is highly desirable.

  • Background in working with startups, tech companies, or marketing agencies will be advantageous.


Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with an expectation to overlap partially with core business hours (typically 9 AM - 6 PM, local time).

  • Occasional participation in virtual meetings or recruitment events may require scheduling outside normal hours.
