Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat support in English.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
Provide accurate product/service information and support with account troubleshooting.
Document customer interactions and update internal systems with detailed notes.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and procedures.
Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English (advanced level required).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or call center environment.
Experience with CRM systems or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is preferred.
Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
Flexible remote shifts.
Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, typically aligned with North American or international time zones depending on client needs.
