📄 Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Atendente de SAC - Chat/WhatsApp to join our remote support team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle inquiries, solve problems, and provide an outstanding service experience via Chat and WhatsApp. This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping people while working from the comfort of their home.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Chat and WhatsApp.

• Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, payments, orders, or account settings.

• Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the internal support system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up as needed.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Meet daily/weekly response time targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.

• Continuously update your knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

• Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese (English is a bonus).

• Familiarity with WhatsApp, web-based chat platforms, and basic CRM tools.

• Strong typing speed with accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.

📚 Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, online chat support, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers and students are welcome to apply, provided they have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

🕒 Working Hours

• Flexible shift options: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.

• Part-time (4–6 hours/day) and Full-time (8 hours/day) schedules available.

• Weekend or holiday shifts may be required on rotation.
