Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule babysitting and nanny appointments via the companys online platform.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between families and caregivers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

  • Manage calendars and availability of multiple nannies and babysitters to optimize scheduling efficiency.

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.

  • Assist in onboarding new caregivers by verifying qualifications and conducting initial interviews or background checks.

  • Provide timely updates and reminders to both families and nannies to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to improve client experience and retention.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on scheduling activity, caregiver utilization, and client feedback.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in childcare or related industries.
