Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Life Coach qualification or relevant coaching certification preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Tech-savvy with experience using video conferencing and online collaboration tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in life coaching, counseling, mentoring, or related fields.

• Proven track record of successfully helping clients achieve personal or professional goals.

• Experience working remotely or with virtual clients is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours to accommodate clients across different time zones.

• Availability for scheduled coaching sessions typically within business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with some evening or weekend options.

• Ability to manage your own schedule and client appointments efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of coaching models and frameworks (e.g., GROW, SMART goals).

• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to take positive actions.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information ethically.

• Proficiency in using CRM software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
