Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Return & Refund Executive to join our team remotely. As a Return & Refund Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer returns and refund requests efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism. You will work closely with various internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer support to ensure timely and accurate handling of returns and refunds.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer return and refund requests according to company policies.

  • Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues related to returns and refunds.

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for return pickups, inspections, and replacements.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely refunds.

  • Maintain detailed records of all returns and refunds for reporting and audit purposes.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to return policies, product conditions, and refund status via email, chat, or phone.

  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior management.

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer return and refund experience.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, returns management, or related roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.

  • Prior experience working in a remote or work-from-home setup is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible working hours with core hours between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (can be adjusted based on business needs).

  • Occasional weekend or overtime may be required during peak periods.
