The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic, qualified, and tech-savvy Virtual Math Tutors to join our growing team of remote educators. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging, and personalized mathematics instruction to students ranging from middle school to high school, and in some cases, college level. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in mathematics via virtual platforms.

• Customize lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.

• Explain complex mathematical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Track and report student progress, offering feedback and academic recommendations.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, or academic advisors when necessary.

• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional virtual classroom environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and basic Statistics.

• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to simplify mathematical problems for students of varying skill levels.

• Comfortable using digital teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles and paces.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (online or in-person preferred).

• Fresh graduates with strong math skills and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience with online learning tools and virtual whiteboards is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling options available (weekday evenings, weekends, or full-time shifts).

• Tutors can choose between part-time or full-time engagements.

• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
