Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and experienced Virtual Compliance Officer to join our corporate team remotely. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry (e.g., GDPR, SOX, AML, HIPAA).

• Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a corporate or regulated environment.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs and managing regulatory audits.

• Experience working remotely or in a virtual corporate setting is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.

• Occasional availability for urgent compliance issues or meetings outside of standard business hours may be required.
