Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote CRM Support Assistant to help manage, maintain, and optimize our customer relationship management systems—primarily HubSpot and Zoho CRM. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with basic CRM knowledge who are eager to build their career in tech-enabled customer support and operations. You will play a critical role in supporting internal teams by ensuring CRM data is accurate, workflows are optimized, and users are well-supported across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily management and updating of CRM systems (HubSpot and Zoho).

  • Troubleshoot user issues and respond to CRM-related queries from staff via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by identifying and correcting inconsistencies or duplications.

  • Create and maintain CRM dashboards, contact lists, workflows, and automation rules.

  • Support sales and marketing teams with CRM configurations, reporting, and campaign tracking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements within the CRM environment.

  • Generate reports and provide insights from CRM data to assist with decision-making.

  • Stay up to date with CRM software updates and recommend enhancements or changes where applicable.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and/or Zoho CRM.

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and sales processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • No prior experience required; internship or academic project experience with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Training will be provided to suitable candidates who demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Monday to Friday, 4–6 hours/day (with opportunity to scale up to full-time).

  • Occasional virtual meetings or check-ins based on team coordination.
