Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our global content moderation team. As a Remote Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content across various platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and regional regulations.

• Evaluate reported content and make decisions based on company protocols.

• Identify and escalate content that poses a threat or violates laws or platform safety guidelines.

• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.

• Provide feedback on trends, risks, or emerging issues related to content safety.

• Collaborate with team leads and other moderators to ensure a positive user experience and improve moderation practices.

• Complete daily tasks and meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be currently residing in Indonesia with reliable internet access.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing, and comprehension).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, sound judgments.

• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or disturbing content.

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to user safety and platform integrity.

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, social media, or online communities is preferred but not required.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Training will be provided for all new hires.

Working Hours
