  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the branch with banking-related queries.

  • Handle account opening, documentation verification, and account servicing.

  • Promote digital banking services and support customers in using them.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.

  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and RBI guidelines.

  • Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

  • Support back-office operations when required.


✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and a local/regional language.

  • Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office and email handling.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
