As a Back Office Support Specialist at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes. Maintain and update databases with order status, shipment details, and customer feedback.
Perform quality checks and verify documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate reports and provide insights to management on operational metrics.
Handle escalated customer queries through email or chat to provide effective resolution.
Support vendor and partner communication related to order fulfillment and reconciliation.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance back office efficiency and reduce errors.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
