MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Recruitment Coordinator (Women Only) to join our dynamic HR team. This work-from-home opportunity is designed specifically for women who are looking to grow their careers in human resources and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our hiring efforts by coordinating candidate communications, managing applicant tracking, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms and social media channels.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate hiring needs.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable with remote work tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative coordination roles preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.
