MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking a professional and enthusiastic Virtual Receptionist (Female) to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for women who are looking for a full-time, work-from-home opportunity during the day shift. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering a warm, efficient, and organized communication experience, ensuring seamless client interaction across all channels.
Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send timely reminders to clients and staff.
Respond to emails and messages with clarity, accuracy, and promptness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data entry tasks with precision.
Maintain up-to-date records of calls, customer details, and appointment logs.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and coordinate internally with different departments.
Represent the brand voice of MNC JOBS INFO with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong computer literacy – ability to use email, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Organized, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
A quiet, dedicated workspace with a good internet connection is essential.
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar administrative role.
Previous remote work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Sunday off (fixed weekly holiday)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with callers quickly.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined in a remote setup.
