Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms.
Provide timely and accurate responses to product or service questions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, procedures, and policies.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up for resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Record interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement strategies.
Achieve assigned performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously (multitasking).
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate CRM software and digital tools.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, online support, or relationship management (preferred).

Day Shift Only: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Knowledge of basic CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage.
Basic understanding of online business operations and customer journey mapping.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Multilingual ability is a plus, though not required.
