Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.

• Resolve product-related, order, payment, delivery, and return issues effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and handle difficult customers calmly.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates with a background in e-commerce or retail customer support will have an advantage.
