Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to banking and financial products.
Assist clients with account-related inquiries, loan applications, card issues, and online banking support.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies related to data protection, privacy, and financial operations.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM tools and internal databases.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages a plus).
