Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per company standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets in terms of call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 10+2 (High School) or Graduate from a recognized institution.
Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language (multilingual is a plus).
Clear communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or BPO/Call Center is an added advantage.
Flexible shifts available: Day, Night, and Rotational Shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Full-time (8 hours/day) and part-time opportunities available.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training will be provided).
