MNC JOBS INFO is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our growing E-Commerce Process team. This remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences through digital communication channels. You will serve as the first point of contact for our online customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Provide real-time support to customers via chat, email, or phone
Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, refunds, and complaints
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and billing to resolve customer issues
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced digital environment
Ability to use CRM systems, chat platforms, and basic office software
Familiarity with online shopping platforms and e-commerce ecosystems
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector
Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply
Flexible shifts available: Day, Evening, and Weekend
Full-time: 8 hours/day | Part-time: 4 hours/day
Rotational week-offs depending on business requirements
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (order lifecycle, logistics, etc.)
Proficiency in typing and online communication tools
Emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions
