Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet personal/team targets for customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and web-based tools.
Ability to remain patient and empathetic when dealing with difficult situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Full-time role (5–6 days a week based on shift schedule)
Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Day and Night Shifts available (Shift flexibility is preferred)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
