This is a non-sales position with a fixed monthly salary and zero pressure of achieving targets.

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads from the provided database.

• Clearly explain company services and offers to prospects.

• Follow a professional call script and personalize conversations as needed.

• Accurately record call outcomes and customer responses in the system.

• Handle basic queries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Meet daily calling targets (number of calls only – no sales pressure).

• Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings regularly.

🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

• Ability to stay positive and persuasive during calls.

• Comfortable using mobile/desktop calling apps or CRM tools.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, typing, etc.).

• Self-disciplined, punctual, and motivated to work independently from home.

• Must own a working smartphone or computer with internet access.

📚 Experience

• Freshers are welcome – full training provided.

• Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or telecalling is an advantage.

⏰ Working Hours

• Flexible shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Evening slots available.

• Minimum 4 to 6 hours/day commitment required.

• Monday to Saturday work week (Sunday off).
