Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company.

• Respond to customer queries in a clear and concise manner.

• Provide accurate product/service information to clients.

• Follow call scripts and adhere to company procedures.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team performance.

• Gather and document customer feedback to help improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass; higher education is a plus.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with using the internet.

• A positive attitude, patience, and good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and scripts accurately.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote environment.

Experience:

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO is an added advantage but not required.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours available (Day shift/Night shift).

• Part-time and full-time positions are available.
