The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and/or English and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential and existing customers. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information to generate leads or close sales.

Record detailed information and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and handle customer queries efficiently.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations during all communications.
Fluent in Hindi and/or English with clear pronunciation and excellent communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and internet usage.

Persuasive, patient, and a good listener with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain motivation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in communication or sales is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
