Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Primary School Tutors to join our remote teaching team. As an Online Primary School Tutor, you will deliver engaging, interactive lessons to primary school students across various subjects, ensuring a supportive and motivating learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions for primary school students (grades 1-5) covering core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to each students individual learning needs and pace.

• Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

• Create a positive and interactive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.

• Identify and address learning difficulties and recommend strategies or resources for improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and communication.

• Collaborate with parents and Houston Skilled Consultancy coordinators to ensure consistent educational support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Prior experience in teaching primary school students, preferably in an online setting.

• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage young learners effectively.

• Ability to use online teaching platforms and digital tools proficiently (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).

• Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about fostering childrens educational development.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.

• Experience in online tutoring or remote teaching is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the Indian primary school curriculum or international equivalents.

Working Hours

• Flexible work hours with scheduled tutoring sessions based on student availability.

• Typically 2-4 hours per day, with possible weekend sessions.
