Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in employee engagement, and has a strong grasp of HR policies and best practices. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HRIS management. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and plays a vital part in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.

  • Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS systems.

  • Support performance review cycles, employee recognition initiatives, and engagement programs.

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee relations matters and escalate as needed.

  • Collaborate with finance for payroll and benefits administration.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management.

  • Contribute to organizational development and employee training initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP).

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar HR support role.

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic work environments is preferred.

  • Exposure to multiple HR functional areas such as recruitment, compliance, and performance management is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible/Hybrid hours available).

  • Occasional extended hours during peak HR project periods or audits.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Skilled in maintaining data accuracy and producing HR reports.

  • Adaptable to change and comfortable managing ambiguity in HR processes.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
