Job Summary

As a Human Resources (HR) Manager at HR Service Jobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys workforce and culture by leading the HR function with strategic insight and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.

  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Lead talent management initiatives including training, development, succession planning, and retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and support organizational change.

  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster strong internal communications.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in medium to large organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role with progressive responsibility.

  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Exposure to strategic HR planning and execution.

  • Experience working with diverse teams and driving organizational change initiatives.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines or support critical projects.
