Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Manager / Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. This role is critical in driving the strategic HR initiatives that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will lead HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws while partnering with leadership to optimize organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies aligned with the companys objectives and culture.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace environment.

  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development programs.

  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on workforce trends and HR effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational change management and workforce planning.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.


Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial or specialist capacity.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multi-functional teams.

  • Exposure to strategic HR planning and execution in medium to large-sized organizations preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility may be required based on business needs and project deadlines.
